How I Work
After a detailed needs analysis, a course pre-design is developed with the agreement of the client. Based on a solid design, the course is developed using exercises, case studies and simulations and discussions.
In many instances, participants complete a psychometric instrument to get a personal insight on their style. Video is often used to provide feedback.
